Volacom Participated in WindEurope’s ElectricCity 2021 Expo in Copenhagen, Denmark

Volacom took part in the ElectricCity 2021 expo organized by one of the leading global wind energy industry organizations – WindEurope. More than 450 exhibitors from all over the world presented the latest on- and off-shore wind energy technology and innovation, including the leading global manufacturers and operators.

We demonstrated the new generation of our BCAS Wind bird control solution providing 24/7 all-weather automatic protection for birds from WTG blades to companies from more than 30 countries who visited our stand and got to understand more about the concept, science and technology behind the system. Very interested were the representatives of wind energy regulatory bodies and sector associations. They are on the front line of the environmental legislative initiative and needed to get a better understanding of the available technology for wildlife protection and biodiversity preservation at wind farms, its characteristics, efficiency, and limitations.
